Mee’s Dreams

Changing Worlds

The following dreams took place last night. I woke up a lot because I was uncomfortable so I had many dreams.

One: Tryton and I were about to go to sleep. Theresa was on my computer, apparently looking up some soft porn openly and told us about it. Tryton was interested and was about to get out of bed but I pulled him back. Theresa set up her sleeping bag on the ground in our room so she could sleep with us that night too. Mai Lor was in the corner, dumbfounded by what Theresa was doing and also wanted to sleep in our room but there was no more room on the ground. She eventually found a corner and crashed.

Two: My younger sister Rosie came up to be and started screaming about how I don’t buy her enough gifts. There was ONE present she wanted and I never got it for her. She explained all of the possibilities of how I could get one, but I logically yelled back that I couldn’t possible get one: a miniature cubical for her mini house collection. I said there was no way for me to purchase such a small thing because it was never available in the market. That made perfect sense in the dream…

Three: Me and some stranger friends were in the Eureka of another dimension (the one where highways cross large lakes and the high school is next to a giant hill). We were running away from some cops for a felony we didn’t commit and jumped into some bushes that hid us from view. Although we could see the cops perfectly fine, they couldn’t see us. When they spotted another man they needed to catch, he jumped into our bush and got all of us in trouble, but we ran for it.

Four: The same gang (now free from the cops in a dream three), stopped by a dessert restuarant/store. They sold yogurts, ice creams, and parfaits. I, of course, bought a berry filled parfait. The register girl (about 20 and blonde) asked me many questions including if it was my first time there, what flavor I wanted, and if I wanted to use a credit card. I nodded at all of them and she gave me a bill for $7.00 and I signed the check.

She handed me a 4-inch long purple popsicle and asked for the next customer. I opened up the popsicle and realized it was berry flavored and went to me friend, asking why I didn’t get my so-desired parfait. She said I should go up and complain, but I insisted I wait to see if they were going to make it. After several minutes of hearing nothing but other friends get their orders, I went up behind the counter and heard the register lady say, “Sorry, we don’t serve chilled items.” My guy friends started complaining and said it was silly for a dessert store to not sell cold items, such as ice cream. The register lady’s co-worker told her to stop screwing the customers and took her spot at the register. The blonde girl gave her an attitude and went to the back of the store. So I WAS supposed to get my parfait! What a ho-bag!

Five: (I believe it was connected to dream three as well.) This dream took place in multiple layers. I bought a new game for the game boy. It was an adventure RPG and it played similar to Zelda. I recall having played it for about four hours (but never actually played it for that long IN the dream) and had difficulties with some parts. My friend Brian called to find out my progress, but I told him I was stuck at a boss. He was going to tell me more but the phone recieved too much static and it hung up.

This static field made gameplay much tougher for some reason. As I play games in my dreams, I usually end up physically in the game world. What was supposed to be 2D on a screen is now 3D in the game. I had to go through deep dark corners, jump over never ending holes, walk my way through mazes, and dodge shadow monsters in order to reach the boss in the castle. I was never able to kill him because he kept launching me back into the dark holes with his ginormous arms.

The holes would bring me down several levels below so I would always have to make my way back up. It was very inconvenient and time consuming. If I took too long to dodge the monsters in the level, the boss would regain his hit points and I would have to start attacking him from scratch again (which was usually the case).

This loop happened about six times until my younger brother John entered the game. He found a short cut from the hole that the boss pushes you into and was able to reach him again in less than eight seconds. He had the power and time to kill the boss. For one reason or another, I was able to see the boss more clearly and he looked a lot like Diablo.
